Job Description

Domestic Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other networking channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary and offers while ensuring alignment with company/client budget and candidate expectations.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases regularly.
Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2–5 years) in domestic recruitment within the Indian market.
Strong knowledge of job portals, social media recruiting, and other sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in hiring for IT/Non-IT domains.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
