Job Description: Documentation Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to manage, organize, and maintain company documents with accuracy and consistency. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation systems, and supporting cross-functional teams with all document-related requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, and organize important documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Create, maintain, and improve document management systems for easy access, tracking, and secure storage. Update, revise, and edit existing documents based on company processes, team requirements, or regulatory changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, admin, finance, audit, etc.) to ensure documents meet company policies and regulatory guidelines. Assist in the development and implementation of documentation policies, formats, templates, and procedures. Act as the primary point of contact for all document-related inquiries, clarifications, and support requests. Ensure proper version control, naming conventions, and documentation workflow processes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or restricted documents. Support internal audits by providing timely access to required records and documentation. Monitor and ensure adherence to company documentation standards across departments. Required SkillsetStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools. Ability to review documents for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and compliance. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Knowledge of document control processes, templates, and versioning. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality. QualificationsAny Graduate (preferred fields: Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related fields). Experience in documentation, data management, or administrative work is an advantage. Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply (if you want this line included, tell me). Other RequirementsProfessional attitude and teamwork mindset. Ability to work with different departments and handle cross-functional communication. Basic understanding of compliance and company documentation standards (training will be provided if needed).
