Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Specialist, based in Navi Mumbai. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate clinical, operational, and technical documentation. Daily tasks will include drafting, reviewing, and updating technical documents, collaborating with teams to gather and analyze relevant data, and ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Clinical Documentation and general Documentation processes
• Skills in Technical Documentation and Technical Writing
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to synthesize complex data effectively
• Attention to detail, effective communication skills, and organizational abilities
• Basic understanding of compliance requirements and industry standards is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant equivalent experience
