Documentation Specialist

**Job Description:** As a Documentation Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth distribution of project documents both internally to the team and externally to customers. Your responsibilities will include tracking the status of documents and providing valuable inputs to project management and other relevant parties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Profile and upload various types of documents such as Drawing files, Manuals, Test Reports, and Calculations. - Upload the documents into the Document Control System (Database) while maintaining complete project documentation status. - Communicate effectively with Project Manager, Document Coordinators, Purchase in-charge, and Line Departments for clarifications and suggestions. - Conduct proper follow-ups with other departments to ensure timely document submissions. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Qualifications Required:** - Hold a bachelor's degree. - Possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Documentation Management. - Experience in contract reading and understanding customer documentation requirements. - Strong knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PPT, EDMS, etc. - Good experience in report preparation and record maintenance. - Ability to work as a team player, communicate effectively, and understand the requirements of others. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
