The primary responsibility of the position is to drive sales and generate revenue by managing existing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and overseeing field sales executives across North America. The ideal candidate for this outbound sales role should have prior experience in dealing with customers from the US, UK, Canada, or any Western country. Strong communication skills are essential as the role involves holding conversations and pitching products and services offered by the company to customers. Key responsibilities include sharing all necessary information to complete the sales cycle, understanding customer needs through active listening and probing, addressing customer objectives and concerns to enhance sales opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Furthermore, the candidate will be expected to conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads to nurture relationships and maximize sales opportunities. This position requires working the NIGHT SHIFT (05:00 pm to 03:00 am or 06:00 pm to 04:00 am) and is based in Bangalore. Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in International Sales, and experience in International Voice Process combined with sales is also accepted.
