Senior Exim Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage

  all import/export documents including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

• Approve checklists and

  coordinate with CHA

  for import and export

  clearances

  .
• Prepare, apply, and maintain advance licenses for duty-free imports.

• Negotiate freight quotations

  with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

• Handle banking and payment documentation

  for international transactions in foreign currency.
• Coordinate with factory teams for

  pre-shipment documentation.

• Coordinate with the purchase department for

  pre-import documentation

  .
• Track sea vessels and airline shipments to monitor consignment status and ensure timely updates.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of

  EXIM documentation and compliance.

• Proficiency and ability to converse in Tamil Language.

• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Knowledge of international logistics, customs processes, and shipping terms.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
