Your Job

We are seeking a Documentation Executive for our Mumbai Office, primarily supporting U.S. operations. This position will operate in rotational shifts (9 hours each) scheduled between 7:00 AM IST and 9:30 PM IST, depending on business requirements..

What You Will Do

• Provide up to date shipment details to customers by milestone reporting.
• Make commercial documents like invoice, packing list, insurance, inspection certificates, and form 9, SDC for shipment s to Indian customers for export from USA on various payment terms.
• Track the shipments by following up with the offices in US & also by following up with the shipping companies.
• Assist the customer in releasing the cargo by liaison with the shipping lines, banks & clearing agents.
• Verify the post shipment commercial documents prior the same are forwarded to the customers & their banks.
• Follow up with customers for documents not retired from the bank/long stay containers.
• Updating MIS reports and IHC THC charges.
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in Industries like BPO, Logistics, Shipping, Oceanic, freight forwarding etc.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Possess good English communication skills, both oral and written..
