Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The role is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and verifying documents related to slum redevelopment projects. This role ensures proper filing of survey records, tenant eligibility documents, and compliance-related annexures, plus storage of all documents executed with tenants like agreement, taba patra or pocession letter etc.. The executive will work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, and security of project documents. Storage of all documents and easy retrival from storage as and when required

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Document Management & Control Executive Document Storage & Organization: Maintain and update physical and digital records of all survey documents and annexures. Ensure proper categorization and indexing for easy document retrieval. Assist in digitization and secure archival of records. Tenant Eligibility & Compliance Documentation: Verify and classify tenant eligibility records based on project requirements. Track and maintain compliance documentation related to redevelopment. Ensure timely submission of government annexures and regulatory documents. Coordination & Record Maintenance: Coordinate with survey teams to collect, validate, and store documentation. Cross-check tenant details and ensure records match survey data. Work with legal and project management teams to provide documentation for audits and approvals. Document Security & Confidentiality: Maintain strict access controls to ensure data security and confidentiality. Implement measures for safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. Reporting & Audit Support: Prepare reports on document tracking, submission status, and pending approvals. Assist in audits by retrieving necessary files and ensuring documentation completeness. Support the Lead in maintaining adherence to SOPs and documentation protocols. Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree Work Experience (Range of years): 4-5 Years Preferred Industry: Preferably worked in SRA projects and redevelopment projects and having knowledge of all documents pertaining to tenants and approvals.
