Job Description

Assist in developing and implementing document flow procedures and policies.
Organize, scan, categorize, meta-tag, and upload design and construction documents into EDMS.
Maintain the document management repository and ensure version control.
Distribute and track electronic and physical project deliverables and controlled documents.
Perform periodic reviews of contract/project files for compliance.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate document flow.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in document control for large-scale construction projects.
Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office, particularly enhanced EXCEL.
Advanced proficiency in EDMS tools such as Aconex, ProCore, or Primavera Unifier.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience supporting external customers and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Associates degree in information technology, engineering, construction management, or business administration; or 5 years of experience in electronic document control systems is required.
