Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Document Controller with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru, KA, IN and Mumbai, MH, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document control systems and excellent organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in the development and implementation of document flow procedures and policies.
Organize, scan, categorize, meta-tag, and upload design and construction documents into EDMS.
Maintain the document management repository and ensure version control.
Distribute and track electronic and physical project deliverables and controlled documents.
Perform periodic reviews of contract/project files for compliance.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate document flow.

Job Requirements

Associates degree in information technology, engineering, construction management, or business administration; or 5 years of experience in electronic document control systems.
Minimum 5+ years in document control for large-scale construction/design-build projects.
Expert users of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office with enhanced EXCEL.
Advanced proficiency in EDMS tools (Aconex, ProCore, Primavera Unifier).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience supporting external customers and cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform routine quality assurance and quality control audits of document control operations.
Experience with international projects and cross-cultural collaboration.
