Supervise warehouse and distribution staff, providing training and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. Maintain budgets and control costs related to warehousing and transportation. Prepare and present reports on distribution metrics, KPIs, and performance goals. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and procurement teams to meet customer demand. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems). Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proficient in data analysis and performance/operation metrics. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
