**Location:** : Pune**Job Type:** : Full-time, Permanent**Job Summary:**The Dispatch Executive will oversee and optimize the company s supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations
This role ensures that orders from individual consumers to large institutional and government clients are processed efficiently, inventory is well-managed, and deliveries meet quality and time expectations The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to operational problem-solving **Key Responsibilities:**- Manage daily order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch - Oversee inventory tracking, stock levels, and replenishment schedules - Monitor SKU movements and assist in maintaining inventory health reports - Track key KPIs related to operational efficiency, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and dispatch reports - Identify bottlenecks in supply chain processes and recommend improvements **Required Qualifications and Skills**- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce sectors - Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities - Experience with government supply chains or tenders is a strong plus
