Role & responsibilities

• Primary Scope:Monitor and manage all logistics activities during the assigned
• shift.Coordinate with production, planning ,QA, and Downdream to ensure all customer
• orders are processed in a timely, accurate, and priority-aligned manner
• (CR,OTDM,OTDS,OG,ILSS,BOL,etc.) to achieve high customer satisfaction and
• compliance to SLA commitments.
• Enforce safety rules, PPE compliance, and logistics housekeeping standards (5S).
• Ensure smooth receiving, picking, packing and Gropaging in destinationwise as per the
• Conduct SIM about shift Communication briefings on targets, safety and task allocation.
• Allocate manpower based on workload and operational priorities.
• Support team members with operational challenges and escalate major issue ,
• Ensure discipline, attendance tracking and adherence to shift schedules.
• Conduct timely escalation of operational delays, risks, and shift issues in SIM 2
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvement ideas (KAIZEN, Lean initiatives).
• Primary Scope: The Air and Sea Export Coordinatos are responsible for planning, executing, and controlling end-to-end
• export operations to ensure on-time, compliant, and cost-effective shipment execution. Their responsibilities include
• coordinating with freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, and customs brokers to secure bookings, track schedules,
• and proactively identify alternate options to avoid delivery failures. They ensure that all export
• documentation-including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, MSDS, HS codes, and AWB/BL-is accurately
• prepared and compliant with statutory, trade, and customer requirements. They supervise stuffing operations, transport
• movement, customs clearance, and gate-in monitoring, while ensuring no unapproved logistics charges are incurred.
• Air Shipments
• Preparation of invoice and packing list
• Vehicle request coordination
• CHA coordination (Checklist preparation/approval, SB number, shipment clearance, Cargo unloading, LEO
• Forwarder coordination (AWB copy, TC copy, schedule checking)
