Job Description: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth, and ensuring overall organizational success. The CEO oversees operations, financial performance, business expansion, and corporate governance while aligning company goals with stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy
• Drive growth, profitability, and market expansion
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team
• Ensure alignment across departments including sales, operations, finance, HR, and quality

Financial Management

• Ensure strong financial health, budgeting, and cost control
• Review financial reports, P&L, cash flow, and investments
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements

Business Development & Stakeholder Management

• Represent the company with clients, investors, government authorities, and partners
• Strengthen brand reputation and corporate image
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure corporate governance standards are followed
• Mitigate business risks and ensure compliance with laws and policies
• Report to the Board of Directors on company performance

• Financial acumen and business planning expertise
• Proven ability to drive growth and manage large teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
• MBA / Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 8-10 years of senior leadership experience
• Prior experience as CEO / COO / Business Head preferred
• Industry experience (Manufacturing / IT / Services / Consulting)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
