🔹 Lead large-scale finance programs, driving solution design, testing & implementation
🔹 Manage transformation & transition of accounting/finance processes into shared services/CoEs
🔹 Drive operational excellence, risk management & continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Identify automation opportunities, adopt emerging technologies & enhance process efficiency
🔹 Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless transitions & compliance with global standards
✔️ 18+ years in BFSI (last 10 + years in Accounting programs, operational excellence & transitions) & 6+ years in leadership roles
✔️ Strong ERP implementation experience (finance & accounting domain)
✔️ Proven expertise in transformation & process re-engineering
✔️ Certification in Lean / Six Sigma (mandatory)
✔️ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management & communication skills
