Director Talent Management (Operation)

,people'sWe are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused HR leader to head Talent Management operations across India and the US. This role will oversee HR Generalist functions, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Business HR partnerships, and Learning & Development. You will be the central point of leadership for building scalable HR practices, driving organizational culture, optimizing people processes, and enabling growth through learning, performance, and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Management & HR Strategy Lead talent management practices for both India and US teams, aligning people goals with business vision. Design and implement talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies across geographies. Champion employee experience initiatives to strengthen engagement, career progression, and culture building. HR Generalist & Operations Leadership Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management: onboarding, background checks, employee relations, offboarding. Manage and continuously improve HR operations, HRIS systems (Zoho People), MIS reporting, dashboards, and data integrity. Ensure statutory compliance in India (labor laws, Shops & Establishment, PF/ESI/Gratuity) and coordinate for basic US HR compliance practices. Compensation & Benefits • Lead the compensation strategy, salary structures, bonus frameworks, and benefits administration (India and US). • Work with Finance and Executive teams for payroll governance, pay benchmarking, and C&B process optimization. Business HR Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and business units by providing data-driven insights, HR consulting, and strategic advice. Drive initiatives around performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning. Learning & Development Own the L&D strategy, learning needs identification, leadership development, skills programs, certifications, and career pathing. Introduce AI-driven learning and digital skilling models to future-proof the workforce. • Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
