Key Responsibilities
The Enterprise & Functional Strategy (EFS) practice is looking for a Director in the Strategy platform to work alongside a team of problem-solvers and assist clients with complex business challenges—from strategy through execution.Our strategy-led transformation engagements are targeted at driving enterprise value by reimagining operating models, organizational structures, and value chains through a deep understanding of business fundamentals, market forces, and functional excellence across areas such as growth strategy, cost optimization, and capability building.As a Director in the EFS team, the candidate will be expected to lead a team of consultants with varying levels of experience, manage end-to-end project delivery, work closely with account leaders and partners, engage directly with client CXOs and executive stakeholders, and deliver structured, insight-driven recommendations. They will also be expected to develop strong points of view and strategic market insights, stay updated on evolving industry dynamics, and determine their implications for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for turning ideas into meaningful perspectives and should mentor and guide the team in developing impactful, insight-rich content. They will be responsible for driving opportunity identification, solution design, and value realization strategies for the client. In addition to delivering consulting engagements, key responsibilities include supporting business development, proposal creation, and leading thought leadership & innovation initiatives.Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector across the following areas:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex strategy and transformation engagements, aligning project outcomes with client priorities and business value drivers
- Drive problem structuring and hypothesis development across a range of challenges including enterprise growth, operating model redesign, and enterprise transformation
- Conduct executive-level discussions and workshops to define objectives, uncover opportunities, and build alignment across senior stakeholders
- Analyze business models, functional processes, and global service delivery footprints (including GBS, GCC, and shared services) to identify areas for improvement
- Design future-state operating models, digital-enabled structures, and implementation roadmaps that integrate people, process, and technology dimensions
- Oversee development of business cases, transformation plans, and change adoption strategies across multi-function and multi-geography environments
- Lead proposal development, account growth conversations, and pipeline advancement efforts in collaboration with partners and senior leadership

Qualifications

- Past experience in managing a team / strong stakeholder management experience
