Director – Finance & Investor Strategy

You will work directly with the founder. You will have a front-row seat at Series A. And you will own the financial conscience of the company.

• Rental-backed products (residential, commercial, villa clusters, flex)
• Design of yield pools, syndicates, FO-backed real estate pods
• Investor readiness: decks, models, term sheets, cap tables
• Clean interface with legal + compliance for scalable capital inflow
• Bridge ops + pricing data into capital models for better underwriting
• LP relationship management (HNIs, family offices, private wealth desks)
• Support the Series A raise, post-funding strategy, and fund architecture

• 5–10 years in structured finance, RE funds, startup capital strategy, or NBFC design
• Deep understanding of

  asset-backed investing

  and

  rental-based cash flows

• Comfortable with both

  long-form capital decks

  and

  fast tactical models

• Have experience working with HNIs or family offices
• Hungry for equity, upside, and ownership — not a paycheck
• Based in Mumbai, or flexible for investor interactions when needed

• Clean equity in a fast-scaling real estate infra company
• Influence over our entire capital, pricing, and fund strategy
• Visibility with the board, founder, and early investors
• Payouts linked to Series A and structured liquidity events
