This is a clean equity-only role — no salary — built for someone who sees the upside in building the financial rails of a multi-asset real estate company. You will be the architect of our investor product strategy , designing fund models, capital flows, and reporting systems that let our operating engine scale across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. You will work directly with the founder. You will have a front-row seat at Series A.
