SaT - TCF - TRANSACTION DILIGENCE:
Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. - Identified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues

Experience:
- Good academic background with 9 years of relevant post qualification experience.
