Job Description

About the role -

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR business partnering, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies to support organizational goals. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and the overall business strategy.

Position Overview:

Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on matters related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
Be responsible for partnering with the business leaders, HR COE and Associate Services team in building the capabilities to drive sustainable, profitable business growth
Within the framework of HR strategies, policies, and guidelines, proactively provide total people solutions to functional departments to support overall business growth.
Act as a coach and trusted business advisor to assigned Clients and Stakeholders
Build a good network and talent pipeline across the system (KO and Bottling Partners)
Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees and managers.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR business partnering or related roles.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

Related Work Experience:

12+ years of HR specialist and generalist experience, preferably in multinational manufacturing, Knowledge of local statutory and legal requirements.
