Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized, high-impact solutions.

• Data Validation & Business Insights:

• Establish robust data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and integrity across all business data points.
• Use validated data insights to optimize sales strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement.

• Product Strategy & Market Positioning:

• Work closely with product teams to define, refine, and enhance offerings aligned with market needs and client expectations.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in existing product lines based on competitive and customer intelligence.

• Leadership & Strategic Direction:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver business goals effectively.
• Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and execution aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a

  Tier 1 institution

  (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
• 18+ years of professional experience in

  consulting, IT services, or data-driven business roles

  top-tier IT consulting firms

  preferred.
