As the Director of the Analyst Support Team at ACA Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to deliver regulatory compliance services. Your main duties will include: - Leading and expanding the Analyst Support Team to ensure high-quality deliverables for US-based consultants. - Collaborating with US Reg Compliance Leadership to align team capacity with business demand and manage resource allocation. - Establishing and upholding rigorous quality standards and service level expectations to ensure consistency and timely issue resolution. - Driving the adoption of technology tools, including AI productivity tools, to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing succession plans. - Monitoring performance metrics such as quality, turnaround time, and consultant satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 12-15 years of experience in financial services compliance, managed services, or consulting delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Demonstrated success in running process-driven operations in the financial services sector. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience with modern AI productivity tools.
