Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, business-oriented leader to drive high-impact client relationships while contributing to the agencys growth agenda. This role is for someone who operates confidently at a client leadership level, brings strong strategic thinking, and can seamlessly balance client excellence with business opportunity creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across pharma, healthcare, and consumer healthcare brands.
• Own strategic planning, integrated communication solutions, and overall account health across key businesses.
• Drive organic growth through account expansion, cross-sell opportunities, and proactive client consulting.
• Contribute to selective new business efforts including prospect conversations, pitch strategy, and senior-level presentations.
• Partner closely with Creative, Medical, Digital, and Strategy teams to ensure high-quality delivery and outcomes.
• Mentor and lead senior servicing teams, building strong leadership capability and accountability.
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and Head of Client Servicing on client portfolio performance and growth strategy.

What we’re looking for

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare/pharma/consumer healthcare communications.
• Strong agency-side client servicing leadership experience; client-side exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex, multi-brand accounts.
• Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and hands-on execution capability.
• Confident communicator, collaborative leader, and growth-oriented thinker.
