Job Description

Leadership and Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive data science and AI strategy that aligns with the organization s business goals.
Lead and mentor a highperforming team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists.
PreSales Engagement
Collaborate with sales teams during the presales process to articulate the value of data science and AI solutions, tailoring presentations and demonstrations to client needs.
Identify opportunities for deploying data science and AI solutions that address client challenges and drive business value, contributing to proposal development and responses to RFPs.
Expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning
Oversee the design and implementation of data science applications and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Advocate for the adoption of advanced analytics capabilities, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Generative AI and Agentic AI
Drive initiatives focusing on Generative AI and agentic AI, exploring innovative use cases that can enhance business processes and customer experiences.
Lead efforts to evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies that maintain a competitive edge.
Cloud and OnPremise Solutions
Architect and oversee the deployment of data science solutions that operate seamlessly across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and onpremises infrastructures.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of data science solutions while adhering to data goverce and security standards.
Delivery Management and Excellence
Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring that data science and AI initiatives are implemented on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
Monitor project progress and client satisfaction, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Talent Development and Team Management
Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth, promote continuous learning, and encourage a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Drive recruitment efforts, attracting diverse talent to enhance the capabilities of the data science and AI team.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
Prepare and present regular project and performance reports to executive leadership, detailing progress, resource allocation, and direction for future initiatives.
