Role & responsibilities:

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Engineering organization, ensuring alignment with overall business and product objectives.
• Develop and implement the long-term technology strategy, focusing on scalability, innovation, security, and performance across platforms and systems.
• Architect and deliver cloud-native, high-performance, and secure solutions, driving modernization and technology excellence.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into products in partnership with Data Science teams to enable intelligent automation, personalization, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture built on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless roadmap execution, design consistency, and customer-centric outcomes.
• Establish and track key engineering metrics (KPIs) — including velocity, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency — to measure and improve organizational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure, optimizing for speed, quality, and operational excellence.
• Represent the engineering function in senior leadership forums, providing strategic insights, progress updates, and technical recommendations.

Candidate requirements:

• 18+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably in the Healthcare domain with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven Product Engineering leader with strong people management and Agile delivery experience.
• Skilled in designing, developing, and delivering innovative, cloud-native products using AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and containerization.
• Experienced in large-scale product delivery management with a focus on quality, utilization, and profitability.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex integration challenges and mitigate implementation risks.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML integration.
