Director of Product Engineering

You are looking for a Product Engineering Leader with experience in building scalable B2B/B2E products. The ideal candidate should possess the following experience and skills: - Experience in developing data-driven and workflow-based products across multiple clouds (AWS/Azure/Google). - Proven track record of leading engineering teams to develop Enterprise-grade products that can scale on demand and prioritize security. - Ability to conceptualize products, architect/design, and swiftly deliver them to customers. - Passion for building highly scalable and performant products. - Apply creative thinking to resolve technical solutions that align with business goals and Product NFR goals. - Present the vision and value of proposed architectures and solutions to various audiences in alignment with business priorities. - Conduct technology-centric discussions with customers, understand their requirements, manage expectations, and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate effectively with key partners, including Product Managers & Owners, business, and engineering teams to define solutions for complex requirements. - Any experience in Life Sciences/Commercial/Incentive Compensation domains is a plus. - Proficiency in building data-centric products dealing with large datasets. In terms of behavioral skills, the ideal candidate should possess: - Product Mindset with experience in agile methodology-based product development. - Task Management skills with experience in team management and prioritization. - Strong communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately in both written and verbal forms. The desired education and experience include: - 15+ years of IT experience. - 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering. - Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science from Tier 1-2 college. Technology exposures should include: - React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, EKS. - Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies is a plus. - Engineering experience in Java/JEE/.Net Technologies is also acceptable if accompanied by a strong product engineering background.,
