Role and Responsibilities As a campus training lead, you would be responsible for delivering a high-quality and solution-oriented learning experience to all campus associates joining Axtria globally, with the objective of getting them project deployable within established timelines. Key responsibilities of this role include: Collaborate with the Campus Recruitment team to plan and design the training schedule based on joining dates, number of associates, and hiring locations in an optimal manner. Ensure training logistics are planned well in advance to guarantee smooth training execution, managing ad-hoc scenarios to minimize any disruption. Ensure the completion of all courses within established timelines by providing participants with timely feedback on assignments and offering additional learning support if needed. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to continuously enhance the training curriculum by introducing new tests, assignments, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Foster connections between SMEs and internal trainers to plan session agendas and coverage for in-person/virtual sessions, ensuring consistent and effective training delivery. Stay connected with the campus associates through teams and weekly in-person connects to gather real-time feedback, ensuring they are engaged in the training. Address queries and help associates settle in quickly through initiatives such as Buddy Programs. Ensure all training data is timely recorded on the LMS for trainees and trainers. Report and analyze participant and project manager feedback, trainee performance and make recommendations for upcoming batches. Improve training effectiveness by evaluating key metrics like deployability, bench rates, engagement, and recommending actionable strategies. Education and Experience Educational Qualification: MBA (preferably HR) Experience Level: 8-10 years of experience in L&D. Prior experience in managing campus training will be preferred. Industry: From IT and Consulting background only.
