What Your Day Would Look Like -

• Lead, mentor, and grow the product design team across multiple products and platforms.
• Own design strategy and ensure alignment with product, engineering, and business goals.
• Partner with the CPO and senior leadership to embed design thinking into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Define the approach and strategy to ensure standardisation along with uniqueness of the multiple IDfy products and platform
• Transform design culture: instill accountability, elevate standards, and turn passive contributors into proactive problem-solvers.
• Build frameworks for user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
• Represent product design in leadership forums, sharing wins, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Establish metrics to measure the impact of design on user experience, adoption, and business outcomes.

Experience -

• Have 12+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex platforms.
• Are a seasoned team leader capable of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing design teams.
• Can navigate leadership conversations with C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders, building trust and influencing product strategy.
• Thrive in ambiguous environments able to turn vague briefs into clear strategies and actionable design outcomes.
• Have strategic vision can elevate design from execution to a key driver of business impact.
• Possess strong UX, UI, and research instincts, but your true superpower is enabling others to execute at scale.
• Can build visibility and credibility for product design at IDfy internally and externally — shaping culture, evangelizing design thinking, and raising the bar for excellence.
