Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our growth team as the Director of Growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams, with 15-20 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion.
Lead and manage a team of growth professionals to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and improve customer engagement.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform growth decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of the IT Services & Consulting industry and its trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Experience with growth hacking and marketing automation tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
