Job Description

Who Are We Looking For

A seasoned growth leader who understands how Indians discover, evaluate, and adopt investment products. Someone who can turn insight into measurable, repeatable growth and who s comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution.
You should bring:
  • Deep experience scaling investment or wealth products in India
  • A strong analytical approach to funnels, CAC, and user behaviour
  • Creativity in storytelling and GTM execution
  • The ability to build and lead a high-performance growth team
  • Experience working closely with founders and product/tech leaders
  • Strong exposure to both digital and offline channels
What You ll Do

1. Own the Growth Engine

  • Lead user acquisition, activation, and conversion into trade-ready users
  • Deliver CAC, funnel efficiency, and high-quality growth outcomes
  • Identify high-potential user segments and prioritise opportunities

2. Build the Growth Function

  • Hire and develop a top-tier growth team
  • Define operating rhythms, dashboards, and KPIs for the org
  • Align cross-functional teams across Product, Tech, Media, and CS

3. Design and Execute GTM Strategy

  • Build annual and quarterly GTM plans for all products
  • Scale digital channels: performance, lifecycle, referral, retargeting, influencers
  • Build non-digital channels: partnerships, communities, activations
  • Maintain tight loops between insights, experimentation, and execution

4. Run High-Impact Experiments

  • Test and iterate across acquisition, onboarding, and conversion
  • Use behavioural insight, data, and creativity to unlock growth
  • Adapt quickly as market conditions shift

5. Own the Budget

  • Allocate spend for maximum efficiency
  • Review channel performance and vendor impact
  • Balance pace with financial discipline
What We re Looking For

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience (7+ if exceptional)
  • 3+ years leading growth in investments/wealth/fintech
  • Track record across digital + on-ground channels

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong grasp of investor psychology and behavioural triggers
  • Ability to build and scale growth systems from zero to one
  • Sharp communication and cross-functional influence
  • Understanding of AI-driven targeting, automation, and personalisation
  • Strong network across the fintech and investment ecosystem
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
