Director of Enterprise Sales

As a highly driven and experienced Sales Director of Enterprise Sales, you will be spearheading the growth of our company in the Mumbai market. Your role will involve driving new business acquisition, managing strategic enterprise accounts, and establishing long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and expand enterprise accounts in Mumbai. - Identify, target, and engage CXO-level decision-makers across various industries. - Conduct high-impact consultative sales presentations and solution demos customized to meet enterprise needs. - Lead complex negotiations and contract closures to ensure long-term client value. - If necessary, build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding. - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM system. - Represent the Company at industry events, forums, and client engagements to enhance brand positioning. Required Qualifications: - 8-12 years of successful experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales, including a minimum of 3+ years in team management. - Proven track record of achieving and surpassing annual sales targets, preferably multi Cr annually. - Expertise in selling SaaS solutions, particularly in the HR sector, to large enterprises, Indian conglomerates, and complex accounts. - Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. - Possess strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach.,
