Job Description

You should have a minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a preference for selling ERP and HRMS products. It is important that you are familiar with subscription-based and recurring revenue sales models. Your proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders will be essential for this role. A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is also required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must. You should demonstrate a high level of integrity, ownership, and a customer-first approach in all your interactions. Strong skills in account development, relationship management, and territory planning will be beneficial for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.
