Job Description

  • Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably selling ERP and HRMS products.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based and recurring revenue sales models.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and a customer-first approach.
  • Strong skills in account development, relationship management, and territory planning.
