Description

The Director of HR will lead the human resources function, providing strategic direction and oversight for all HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings.
Lead HR analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.

Skills and Qualifications

12-20 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
Proven experience in strategic HR management and organizational development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive HR decisions.
Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
