Job Description

Director As the Director, you will be the key leader in driving the company’s real estate sales growth, team expansion, and brand positioning. You will lead a team of Deputy Directors and indirectly manage Business Development Managers, guiding them towards achieving the company's sales and recruitment goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Deputy Director team to meet business goals. Develop high-level strategies to drive land plot sales and brand visibility. Motivate and monitor team performance, ensuring productivity and goal alignment. Coordinate with the Vice President for strategic decision-making and execution. Identify and initiate high-value partnerships and alliances. Review and report performance, challenges, and achievements regularly. Ensure that marketing campaigns and recruitment efforts are aligned with the brand vision. Requirements: Proven 5+ experience in real estate or sales leadership roles. Strong leadership and communication skills. Team management experience with a focus on recruitment and sales. Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to work independently and achieve results in an incentive-based environment.
