Job Title: Business Development Manager Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you are the front-line ambassador for our brand. Your primary role is to generate leads, close sales for land plots, and build a team by recruiting Senior Marketing Managers under you. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients interested in land investments. Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement. Recruit and manage Senior Marketing Managers to support team expansion. Provide product knowledge, site visit coordination, and post-sales support to clients. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and team progress. Regularly report performance to the Deputy Director. Requirements: Passionate about sales and real estate. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to build and lead a team. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Comfortable working on a performance-based, incentive-only structure.
