Director - Finance

As the Director - Finance, you will lead end-to-end financial management for Maxposure and all group companies. Your responsibilities will include: - Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting - Providing clear, concise, and insightful financial updates and recommendations to the CEO, board, and senior leadership - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements across entities - Developing and implementing robust financial policies, controls, and systems to support group-wide financial governance - Overseeing audit processes, tax filings, and liaising with external auditors and consultants - Driving cash flow management, capital allocation, and risk mitigation strategies - Collaborating closely with operational heads across all companies to support business growth and profitability - Managing and mentoring finance teams across group companies, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement - Supporting strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and business expansion - Communicating complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders, ensuring alignment on financial Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance - Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in a multi-company or group environment - Proven expertise in Indian accounting standards, taxation, and corporate compliance - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Experience with ERP and financial management software - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Additionally, having experience in media, advertising, entertainment, or related sectors, as well as exposure to international finance or multi-jurisdictional operations, would be beneficial.,
