Job Description

You will have a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy, optimizing resource allocation, ensuring financial discipline, and enabling rapid growth. Collaboration with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Parent Group's stakeholders to align financial planning with business objectives is essential. Developing and executing the financial strategy to support business expansion, including new offline centers will be a key responsibility. Working closely with the CEO and Sri Chaitanya Group to align financial goals with the overall vision is crucial. Driving fundraising, investor relations, and strategic financial planning for sustainable growth is also part of the role. Identifying and mitigating financial risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is a priority. Establishing robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling frameworks for revenue optimization falls under the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) responsibilities. Conducting financial performance reviews, cost-benefit analysis, and unit economics for Edtech and Offline Center operations is essential. Tracking key financial metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CPL, LTV (Lifetime Value), revenue per student, and center profitability is also required. Ensuring accurate financial reporting, audits, and compliance with regulatory and tax laws is part of the Accounting, Compliance & Governance responsibilities. Implementing internal financial controls and risk management frameworks, especially for fund collections at offline centers, is crucial. Developing an optimized cash flow and capital allocation strategy for tech infrastructure and offline expansions is part of the Operational & Fund Management responsibilities. Driving automation and digitization of financial processes for efficiency and transparency is essential. Managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors is also required. Collaborating with investors, VCs, and financial institutions for fundraising rounds and presenting financial reports and business performance updates to the board and stakeholders are part of the Investor Relations & Growth Funding responsibilities. Key Qualifications & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in financial leadership roles. - Experience in Startup firms, preferably in Edtech, Consumer Tech, or Multi-Unit Retail businesses. - Strong background in financial strategy, fundraising, and investor relations. - Hands-on experience with business scaling, cost optimization, and unit economics in a high-growth environment. - Expertise in M&A, due diligence, compliance, and corporate governance. - Proficiency in financial ERP systems, automation tools, and advanced analytics.,
