Overview We are seeking a strategic Director - Digital Integration to lead and manage our integrations team. This role is responsible for defining the strategy, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of integrations with third-party platforms, partners, and internal systems. You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s integration strategy, enabling seamless customer experiences, accelerating partner onboarding, and ensuring our systems work harmoniously. The integration team is located across Australia, Germany, and the UK, with UST as an external partner. The new lead will play a crucial role in streamlining processes and ensuring multiple projects can run concurrently. The role report to VP head of Product & Service delivery and join the Management team together with head of Automation and AI, Data democratization, MDM & BI & Product line management Responsibilities Develop and Enhance Integration Platform: Lead the development and enhancement of our integration platform HIL, utilizing Azure services. Centralize Integration Team: Oversee the centralization of the integration team in Pune, ensuring efficient delivery of integration services. Project Management: Ensure that several projects can run in parallel by addressing bottlenecks and optimizing team performance. Maintenance and Support: Oversee the maintenance and support of existing APIs, ensuring smooth and continuous operations. EDI Integrations: Manage EDI integrations with distributors, ensuring seamless data exchange and system compatibility. Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Australia, Germany, and the UK, as well as with UST, an external partner, to ensure cohesive and effective integration processes. Architecture: Design and implement the right architecture for the integration platform, ensuring robustness and scalability. Integration as a Service: Establish integration as a service, providing reliable and efficient integration solutions for all platforms. Data Management: Ensure that data issues are fixed at the source, rather than in the integration layer, to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Success Criteria Implement the right architecture for the integration platform. Establish integration as a service. Ensure data issues are resolved at the source rather than in the integration layer. Enable multiple projects to run concurrently without bottlenecks. Ensure seamless operation, maintenance and support of existing APIs and integrations Qualifications Master/Bachelor degree in IT or Digital Business 10 year work experience 3-4 years of experience in a lead developer, Solution Architect and/or Team Lead role Hand on experience with DevOps and Scrum Experience working in an international environment with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones. Proven experience in leading integration teams and managing integration platforms, preferably with Azure services. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in EDI integrations and working with external partners e.g. 3PL Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with global teams.
