Director, Delivery Leader

As the Director of Professional Services at Salesforce, you will be responsible for leading a highly motivated team to deliver maximum value and satisfaction to customers and teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and growing an industry-focused professional services team with top talent and organizational structure - Providing leadership, technical direction, and mentorship to maintain a high-performing, highly engaged team with maximum utilization - Building and fostering relationships for closer collaboration with Regional Salesforce Professional Services teams - Leveraging existing relationships to help win new Salesforce clients through business development activities - Focusing on innovation to ensure the team is constantly evolving in their approach to deliver maximum value of Salesforce products - Building and nurturing relationships with internal teams, external partners, and technology partners to solidify partnerships and commitment to customers - Hiring world-class talent, promoting diversity, and managing performance to ensure career growth opportunities - Embodying Salesforce values and providing exemplary leadership Qualifications required for this role include: - 15+ years of experience in consulting or professional services related to Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support - Strong experience in Salesforce Sales, Services, and/or Industry clouds - Proven success in building a Salesforce consulting organization and leading a team of 100+ members - Track record of successful Salesforce cloud project implementations and large-scale transformation projects - Experience selling solutions at the C-level and consistently delivering revenue numbers - Passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to explain technology and business concepts distinctly - Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications - Excellent analytical, influencing, and communication skills Your experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role, such as extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, and work experience.
