Director- Customer Transformation

As a Director in the Customer & Operations (C&O) Advisory practice at KPMG in India, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic transformation engagements across industries. Your role will involve assisting clients in unlocking growth, optimizing operations, and making data-backed decisions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs, shaping enterprise-wide strategies and delivering measurable impact. The practice focuses on implementing solutions, collaborating with CXOs, and anchoring their overall business agenda. Your responsibilities will include driving sales strategy and transformation, revenue enhancement, process improvement, market assessment, operating model design, cost optimization, and financial modeling. You will be expected to manage client relationships and engagement delivery, build and sustain CXO-level relationships across CPG, Retail, and diversified sectors, lead large-scale transformation programs, and deliver high-impact solutions leveraging core consulting skills and functional expertise in sales & marketing. Furthermore, you will be involved in strategic growth and business development by identifying and shaping new opportunities aligned with client priorities, driving proposal development, solutioning, and commercial structuring for strategic pursuits. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 12+ years of consulting experience or come from top-tier strategy firms. A proven track record in leading transformation programs in CPG or Retail, deep expertise in enterprise sales, GTM/RTM strategy, and channel management, strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are required.
