What you will do

As a Director in the Customer & Operations (C&O) Advisory practice, you will lead strategic transformation engagements across industries, helping clients unlock growth, optimize operations, and drive data-backed decision-making. You will be a trusted advisor to CXOs, shaping enterprise-wide strategies and delivering measurable impact. The practice plays a pivotal role in implementing solutions, working with CXO’s and anchoring their overall business agenda.

To drive sales strategy and transformation, Revenue enhancement, process improvement, market assessment, operating model design, cost optimization and financial modeling.


Client management and engagement delivery

  • Build and sustain CXO-level relationships across CPG, Retail, and diversified sectors.
  • Lead large-scale transformation programs focused on customer excellence, GTM/RTM strategy, and enterprise sales.
  • Deliver high-impact solutions leveraging core consulting skills and functional expertise in sales & marketing

    .


Strategic Growth & Business development

  • Identify and shape new opportunities aligned with client priorities.
  • Drive proposal development, solutioning, and commercial structuring for strategic pursuits.


Qualifications

  • 12+ years of consulting experience, or top-tier strategy firms.
  • Proven track record in leading transformation programs in CPG or Retail.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise sales, GTM/RTM strategy, and channel management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a premier institute preferred; Engineering background preferred.
