to lead the sales, marketing, and strategic expansion of our Probiotics & Nutraceuticals vertical. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of the life sciences sector, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to translate scientific innovation into scalable commercial success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s go-to-market strategy, driving revenue acceleration, and building a high-performing commercial team that delivers sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the commercial roadmap for the Probiotics & Nutraceuticals portfolio, aligning sales, marketing, and product strategies with organizational goals.Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new market segments, partnerships, and revenue streams.Drive annual business planning, forecasting, and P&L management.

Sales & Business Development Excellence

Lead enterprise-level B2B sales initiatives across domestic and international markets.Build and nurture relationships with key institutional clients, distributors, and channel partners.Develop customized commercial models and partnership frameworks that enhance customer value and retention.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand-building programs.Position the company as a leader in science-backed nutraceutical and probiotic solutions through data-driven marketing.Collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate scientific advancements into market-ready solutions.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Lead, mentor, and expand a multidisciplinary sales and marketing team.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.Implement robust KPIs, training programs, and succession planning mechanisms.

Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence

Monitor global market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.Leverage analytics and market intelligence to inform go-to-market decisions and pricing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

Postgraduate degree in

Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences

; an MBA (Marketing or Strategy) is highly desirable.

Experience:

15–20 years in

B2B sales, marketing, or commercial leadership

roles within

Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements, or Wellness Products

.Proven success in building and leading large sales teams, managing P&L, and driving market expansion.Strong grounding in science-led innovation, with the ability to bridge technical insights and business outcomes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and strategic foresight.
