Skills - Good to have MarketingQualification OpenTotal Experience 15+ years Relevant Experience 15+ yearsWork Location Kochi/TVM Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Presales Leader to independently own and drive all presales activitiesacross the US region. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex sales cycles, buildstrong client relationships, and serve as the business bridge between clients and sales/ deliveryfunctions. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of proven experience in presales and salesengineering, with demonstrated success in bid management and sales support activities in IT services.

Core Competencies

▪ Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)▪ Strong business analysis and solution design capabilities▪ Deep understanding ofsoftware development lifecycles and emerging technologies▪ Proven track record in RFP/ RFI response management and proposal development▪ Experience managing and developing presales teams

Key Responsibilities

▪ Presales Leadership▪ Full accountability for all presales activities, pipeline nurturing, and revenue enablement acrossthe US region▪ Support discussions and presentations with prospects across different domains▪ Drive the sales cycles from initial qualification through contract negotiation and closure▪ Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and business/ technicalstakeholders

Bid and Proposal Management

▪ Own end-to-end management of RFP/ RFI responses, ensuring compelling and competitiveproposals▪ Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to develop accurate technicalsolutions andpricing▪ Manage, mentor, and scale a team of presales analysts▪ Continuously improve presales processes, methodologies, and best practices

Sales Enablement and Marketing Support

▪ Work closely with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop accountstrategies, andaccelerate deal closure▪ Track and monitor opportunity progression, support accurate forecasting▪ Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and develop account mining strategies▪ Develop compelling case studies, white papers and solution briefs, that demonstrate valueproposition▪ Partner with marketing teams to develop region-specific campaigns, messaging, and collateral▪ To adhere to the ISMS policies and procedures
