To assist in compiling of details for conclusion of Tax Audits and Transfer Pricing Audits for all group companies To assist in periodic compliances like the payment of equalization levy, quarterly computation and payment of advance taxes, filing of quarterly TDS statements etc. To assist in ensuring compliance to WHT on foreign payments including coordinating for 15 CB/CA certificates. To Support and assist with the quarterly tax accounting and reporting. This includes the calculation and tracking of quarterly / year-end transfer pricing corrections, direct tax exposures, deferred tax calculations etc To assist in handling Tax Assessments - Corporate Income-tax and Transfer Pricing Assessments before multiple Appellate Authorities [DRP, CIT(A), Tribunal, High Court etc.] by interacting with the consultation and advocates Show more Show less
