Req ID: 323108 We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). In these roles, you will be responsible for: "¢ Serve as the primary solution authority for ERP, CRM, and HCM modernization pursuits. "¢ Craft end-to-end solutions across digital core (ERP/CRM/HCM), cloud, and operations transformation landscapes. "¢ Build integrated technology and operations blueprints aligning with client value chains and outcomes. "¢ Guide the Solution Architects in designing transformation solutions across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors and other ERP/CRM/HCM platforms. "¢ Drive solutioning consistency across application platforms, industry verticals, and BPaaS integration models. "¢ Lead high-stakes CXO conversations covering enterprise application roadmaps, managed services transitions, and digital operational models. "¢ Conduct architecture and transformation workshops to shape client modernization journeys. "¢ Leverage technologies like AI in HR/Talent Management, Intelligent ERP, Process Mining, Cloud-based BPaaS orchestration, and RPA for back-office automation to enhance solution uniqueness. "¢ Drive reusability by contributing to solution accelerators, business value calculators, and transformation frameworks. "¢ Ensure technical soundness, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance in all proposed solutions. "¢ Oversee complex presales engagements, ensuring risk identification and mitigation across solution components. Required Skills for this role include: "¢ 15+ years of experience in ERP, HCM, and/or BPaaS transformation solutioning and architecture. "¢ Deep expertise with leading platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. "¢ Demonstrated experience crafting integrated ERP/CRM/HCM/BPaaS deals integrated with technology transformation roadmaps. "¢ Solid understanding of enterprise business processes across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Preferred Qualifications "¢ Certifications like Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Oracle Cloud Architect, or Workday Certified Professional. "¢ Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions in operations transformation. "¢ Familiarity with ISO 9001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance for BPO environments. "¢ Industry-specific ERP/CRM.HCM solutioning experience (Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI highly preferred). "¢ Thought leadership contributions such as whitepapers, webinars, or industry panels on enterprise transformation.
