Req ID: 323107 We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). In these roles, you will be responsible for: "¢ Act as the primary solution leader for custom and hybrid application presales pursuits. "¢ Shape transformation roadmaps encompassing application reengineering, replatforming, modernization, and bespoke digital buildouts. "¢ Define standards for application assessment, modernization strategy, and build vs. refactor vs. buy decisions. "¢ Guide the Solution Architects in developing legacy modernization strategies (e.g., mainframe, monolithic to microservices) and Bespoke Development such as designing scalable, cloud-native, and multi-platform applications. "¢ Ensure solution consistency, modularity, extensibility, and future-readiness across deals. "¢ Lead executive-level solution discussions, architecture workshops, and orals presentations with client CXOs, technology leaders, and transformation sponsors. "¢ Translate business objectives into actionable modernization and development solution architectures. "¢ Drive innovation through adoption of GenAI-driven coding, low-code/no code accelerators, DevSecOps pipelines, and hybrid cloud models. "¢ Develop and promote reusable assets, solution accelerators, and reference architectures for faster and differentiated presales execution. "¢ Ensure solutions meet client requirements for scalability, security, compliance, performance, and cost-efficiency. "¢ Actively manage solution risks, assumptions, and transition roadmaps for large transformational opportunities. Required Skills for this role include: 15+ years in solution architecture across custom applications development and legacy modernization domains. Expertise in Java, .NET, Python, Node.js development stacks, microservices architectures, and serverless computing. Deep experience with cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong exposure to DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of application reengineering patterns (rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, retire). © 2025 NTT DATA Americas, Inc. Outstanding storytelling, client engagement, and presales leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP). Certifications in Agile/Scrum, SAFe Architect, or DevOps Engineering. TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification. Experience working with application migration factories, low-code development platforms (Mendix, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform). Strong familiarity with application rationalization frameworks like TIME, 7R"™s of cloud migration. Contributions to thought leadership (whitepapers, speaking engagements) in application transformation space
