Job Description

As a Digital Sales Manager in our digital marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation, meta ads management, Google ads management, client relationship management, sales strategy development, and reporting and analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Generation:** - Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. - Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, needs, and fit with the agency's services. - Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for ongoing sales efforts. - **Meta Ads Management:** - Create and manage campaigns on meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram. - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for improvement. - **Google Ads Management:** - Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks. - Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance. - Monitor ad spend and ROI metrics, adjusting bids and targeting as needed. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Communicate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback. - Present campaign performance reports and recommendations to clients. - Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, content, and analytics for exceptional results. - **Sales Strategy Development:** - Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising platforms. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. - **Reporting and Analysis:** - Generate regular reports on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, ad performance, and ROI. - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Use insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies for better results. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration. - 3-4 years of experience in Lead Generation. - Good presentation skills. - Excellent English communication (verbal and written). - Experience with research and maintaining databases. - Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Experience in using CRM. - Strong project and time management skills.
