Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Sales Manager with a successful track record in a Digital Marketing agency. The ideal candidate should possess 0-4 years of Business Development experience within the digital marketing sector. This role necessitates a profound comprehension of digital platforms, a creative mindset, analytical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced agency environment. Lead Generation: - Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. - Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, needs, and alignment with the agency's services. - Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for continuous sales efforts. Meta Ads Management: - Create and manage campaigns on meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram. - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for enhancement. Google Ads Management: - Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks. - Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing for improved ad performance. - Monitor ad spend and ROI metrics, adjusting bids and targeting as necessary. Client Relationship Management: - Communicate with clients to comprehend their goals, preferences, and feedback. - Present campaign performance reports and recommendations to clients. - Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, content, and analytics to deliver exceptional results for clients. Sales Strategy Development: - Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising platforms. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Reporting and Analysis: - Generate regular reports on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, ad performance, and ROI. - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Utilize insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies for better outcomes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. - 3-4 years of experience in Lead Generation. - Good presentation skills. - Excellent English communication (verbal and written). - Experience with research and maintaining databases. - Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Experience in using CRM. - Strong project and time management skills.
